Ord. No. 04-1005-06, § 1, adopted Oct. 5, 2004 repealed §§ 14-15, 14-16 in their entirety. The former § 14-15 dealt with sale of alcohol on Sunday; and the former § 14-16 dealt with operating hours of businesses selling wine or beer. Subsequently, Ord. No. 2017-0718-35, § 1, adopted July 18, 2017, added a new § 14-15 as set out herein.
